Alumnus/alumnae Requests

Via Fax or Mail

If you are a HCHS alumnus/alumna requesting a transcript, please make your request in writing. You must include: name, class, addresses where transcripts should be sent using the “Alumnus/Alumna Transcript Request” form and a current address and phone number for yourself. This request can be mailed to:  HCHS Counseling Dept.-71 East 94th Street, New York, NY 10128.  You are welcome to send a fax to: 212-860-1127.  Another option is for you to request a transcript and pay via the internet.  Please follow the directions which follow under “Via Email”.  You must include a $6.00 check made out to:  Hunter College High School with your request. Please note that there might be as much as a two week processing period, and standardized test scores do not appear on the transcripts.

Alumnus/Alumna Transcript Request Form

Via Email

If you are a HCHS alumnus/alumna requesting a transcript via email, please follow the directions which follow:
Go to paypal.com and click on the Send Money Tab.

On the send money screen, please enter the following:

To:        .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address),
From:      Your email address
Amount:    $6.00 per transcript you are requesting
Select:      Service/Other
Click:        CONTINUE

On the Enter Payment Information Screen
Enter your name, credit card information, complete address, phone number
and email.

You will be prompted to create a paypal account by entering a password.

Click Agree and continue.

If you already have a paypal account, login.

You will have the opportunity to review your payment and include a
message.

Please write your name and graduation year in the subject line.

Please include the address of the institution where the transcript
should be emailed, the due date and any additional information.

Click SEND Money and your transcript request will come right to the
Counseling Department.  Please allow up to 10 business days for
processing.

Please note that we do not see your credit card information and we do
not have the ability to process your credit card information over the
phone.

Current HCHS Students Requests

If you are a HCHS student requesting a transcript, please make your request in writing by completing the “Transcript Request Form,” and returning it to the Counseling Office (Room 441). In addition, you must attach a stamped envelop addressed to where you would like the transcript sent.  For seniors, this request (if being sent to a college), must also include an SSR form (available in the Counselor Forms section of this website). The College Counseling Office will only mail ‘Official’ transcripts from our office directly to a third party (college, scholarship organization, employers, etc). Please note that there might be as much as a two week processing period, and standardized test scores do not appear on the transcripts.
